Pricing Commitment: We are committed to fair and transparent pricing. Prices will remain unchanged during the minimum term, even if our suppliers increase their charges to us during this period – we will honour the price you sign up too for the minimum term.
End of Minimum Term: At the end of the minimum term, your monthly service fee will increase by £3. Alternatively, you can recommit to a new minimum term and retain your current pricing or upgrade to a faster tariff.
Router Returns: Should our agreement with you be terminated, any router or additional hardware provided free of charge must be returned within 14 days of the agreement ending, at your expense, using the original packaging or alternative protective packaging. If the router or additional hardware is not returned on time or is returned damaged, we reserve the right to charge the original RRP of the router or additional hardware to your registered payment method.
